Fireblast began its focused Lean transformation in 2015. The goal was larger than improving production. We set out to strengthen trust across the organization, focus every process on customer value, and create a culture where each team member is empowered to improve the work every day.
Lean is not a one-time project. It is the daily practice of making work safer, clearer, simpler, and more valuable.
